Import and view vectors

I have a list of vectors, almost 8000. The file contains the x,y,z position, velocity magnitude, and Direction. I am trying to create a 3d model of these points. Is there a way to import these into matlab for visualization purposes? Thank you for all your help.

1) Choose from the TEXTSCAN, IMPORTDATA functions to read in the data from the txt file into MATLAB,

2) use the QUIVER/ QUIVER3 function to visualize the vectors, their direction and magnitude.
