Raspberry Pi support package error "unable to open /home/raspberry/a_rtt"

Hi I'm trying to set a connection with my raspberry pi using RPI Support package but i have this error message and i can't solve it .... Can anyone help ?!

It looks like you have run out of space on the SD card. Follow the instructions I posted earlier:
