Simulink Real Time - xPC Problem

Every time I try to run slrtexplr or xpcnetboot, MATLAB gives me the following error :-

License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -4
Maximum number of users for XPC_Target reached.
Try again later.
To see a list of current users use the lmstat
utility or contact your License Administrator.

Does anyone know how I can rectify this issue?

I have contacted my license admin.

However in the meantime, how do I use the lmstat and what do I do when I use it?
