resizing a matrix to a target size

Hi all,
I have a [20500 x 41] matrix where 20500 is 500 x 41 and I want to rescale it to target size of [18271 x 121] where 18271 is 151 x 121. The mentioned matrices are the reconstruction of a 3D image and I want to have both in same size. So I want to rescale it. Can you help me regarding this?

What about imresize?

It might be an overkill in this case, but I think that interp2 can do the trick for you
