"Error 5 running command.\b​in\win64\s​etup.exe"

After downloading the software, i always see this error message. i need to know how to go about it.

i got the same error and tried running the matlab installer using administrator mode and it worked. or you could check the following steps on this link http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27690/~/error%3A-winzip-self-extractor-error-5-running-command-.%5Cbin%5Cdemo32.exe-or hope they do help :D goodluck

Does this maybe has to do with my organisation's administrator rights for installing softwares? Maybe the admin has blocked any software installations.
