How can I numerically solve the following state space equations in MATLAB. Any comment will be appreciated.

D^q1 x(t) = y(t)
D^q2 y(t) = z(t); % q2 = 1 - q1.
D z(t) = [fsin(wt) - cy - kx - delta x^3]*(1/m)

Tf2ss is used to convert transfer function into state space equations. You can find the transfer function using the solve command after you have converted your equations into S plane.
