Medialness measure

Hi

i need to create matlab code for medialness measure. This with the end goal of creating a good cost function for centerline extraction in MRI. Anyone some good tips on how to get started?

I assume you already know how to program in MATLAB sufficiently so that if you had an algorithm you'd be able to code it up, correct?

yeah i know a little. Have been working with it for a wile. Should be able to work with an algorithm. I'll try more on that database. Thanks!

If i have an dipimage object in the xy plane how can i easily change this to xz plane. I can't seem to generate the stuf in the correct coordinates so that's a problem.
