How to make 3D plot of 3 equations

The problem asks me to make a 3D plot with the xyz coordinates being

x=(0.5 + 5t)sin(2pi/3t)cos(4pi*t)

y=(0.5 + 5t)sin(2pi/3t)sin(4pi*t)

z=(0.5 + 5t)cos(2pi/3t)

0<t<0.2 min

How do I make the 3D plot with 3 equations?

I keep getting these errors:

Error using mesh (line 76) Z must be a matrix, not a scalar or vector.

Error in HW4_prob2 (line 50) mesh(x,y,Z)

Looks like you're trying to use the mesh function. You have vector data and should be using plot3

plot3(x,y,z)
