Can a popup-menu on GUI get an excel file sheet name to use as string?

Is there a way to make a popup-menu read an excel file an get all the sheet names of this file and use as string? I want to be able to add sheets in the excel file and when i open my GUI, it automatically add the strings in this popup-menu! Please, give me some ideia, i dont know how to start. Thanks!

Thanks man, it worked as i wanted! Now, how can i add a new option in the 'case' funtion of the popupmenu for the new strings i added?
