Convert millions of street addresses to GPS cords or other useful system

I'm trying to track a lot of geographic data that is sorted by street address. I've done some analysis with a few hundred addresses and have just manually converted them to GPS cords using an online utility. What are my options for using this data in Matlab? How do I make geographic correlations via street address? What utilities are available?

Well there's the Mapping Toolbox ( http://www.mathworks.com/products/mapping/) I haven't used it but it seems like it would be useful here.
