PSNR, NPCR, UACI and how to convert gray to RGB

Good Night Image Analyst Sir, I am doing project in Image Encryption so i want to calculate the PSNR NPCR and UACI of the image.

i want a code for converting the standard camreaman.tif image to RGB. i also need to know how to gray scale images into RGB for each and every image . openly telling i am poor in Matlab so kindly provide with detail explaination i belive and hope u
