Where to download fuzzy tools for matlab 2013 b

Hi Everyone,

I have to use ANFIS using simulink or Matlab. I found from internet that I have to use ANFIS tool by calling anfisedit in my command window. But I think I don't have fuzzy tools although I have downloaded Matlab2013a and 2013b prerelease. Do any one have any idea from where I can download them?
