View and navigate Simulink® and Stateflow® models in a web browser using web views. A web view is an interactive rendition of a model in HTML format. Web views also enable you to share your models with individuals who do not have a Simulink license. When it comes to navigation, web views have similar behaviors to the Simulink Editor. You can navigate your model, see the sample time color legend, inspect the code in MATLAB® function blocks, and explore several model components like model references, variant subsystems, libraries, and more.
You can generate web views programmatically (using the slwebview command) or interactively in the Simulink Editor. You can select which systems and options from the model hierarchy to include and which systems to exclude. You can also customize the name and path of the artifact that is generated, as well as create a folder and a zip file for easy sharing.
