Do you have HPC Cluster Admin experience at your university or company? Do you support technical applications on HPC platforms?In this customer facing role, you will lead technical engagements by building out implementation plans for deploying MATLAB Parallel Server either on-prem or in the cloud. You will also work with MATLAB/Simulink users to scale their code and models to HPC systems.
Mission
Work with IT / System Administrators in the configuration and integration of MATLAB Parallel Server via email, phone, and (occasionally) in person.
Work with account representatives in the identification, evaluation, and qualification of potential MATLAB Parallel Server opportunities.
Work with MathWorks' Application Engineers, Advanced Support Engineers, and Install & Licensing Specialists with escalation issues.
Provide customer feedback to product development and marketing.
Provide hands-on coaching sessions to MATLAB and Simulink users
Qualifications minimales
Demonstrated experience in/with MATLAB
Demonstrated experience in/with Linux
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Qualifications supplémentaires
Demonstrated experience with HPC schedulers (e.g., Slurm, PBS)
