How to apply PFCM algorithm for image segmentation

PFCM is Possibilistic Fuzzy c-Means clustering algorithm.

It based on FCM (Fuzzy c-Means), PCM (Possibilistic c-Means) and FPCM (Fuzzy c-Means Possibilistic) clustering algorithm.

But I don't know how to write it by matlab.
