How should I validate parameter calculation for E-DCH channel in HSUPA with Steepest Ascent libs?

Hi,

I have been using the steepest ascent license for 3G FDD library. I have created a Tx Chain for the E-DCH channel but find that there is no API available in the 3G FDD lib to validate the parameter calculation for Section 4.8.4 and all its sub-parts. Request for assistance on this issue?
