TinyOs PC-SERIAL(USB)

I'm using CrossBow's sensor motes (MICAZ) and using the RSSIDEMO program (from TinyOS) to measure the signal power received by one of the motes. So I'd like to know how to use MATLAB to capture the data that my PC receives from one of the motes through the SERIAL(USB)port.
