Is there a bug?

Most of the time I have to wait 10 seconds or more before I can type into a comment or answer box.

Am I alone?

I'm not experiencing that Greg. I'm using Mozilla Firefox on win64.

When we had the big slowdown last year I switched to accessing via mathworks.co.uk which has been consistently smooth for me.
