Calculate 3dB channel Bandwidth from Impulse response

I have impulse response (matrix (1,400)) I need to calculate the 3dB channel bandwidth of this system. I tried to take Fourier Transform but I can not get the answer.
note:- I upload the matrix
Please I need your help
