How to calculate compression ratio of series of images

Sir, I am working in the area video compression. I have compressed the input video and saved frames of input video and compressed video in separate folder. I need to find the compression ratio for each frame. How to get storage size of all frames in a loop and how to calculate compression ratio. Can anyone help me to solve this.
