The query is regariding, How to design a model of car in simulink which implies Automatic Emergency Braking in it. and also controls the slip ratio to a value of 0.2?

Take a look at Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS)

This example using Simscape will show you how to model the entire system using a schematic-based approach, which is easy to understand and extend for your own system.
