Some question about RaspberryPi receive and sending over UDP communication

Hi,
I tried to run this example:
http://makerzone.mathworks.com/resources/communicating-with-raspberry-pi-hardware/
and I observed that the Sine Wave signal read from 'Receive Block' is not continuous but it's piecewised or not interpolated. Is there a way to receive a continuous signal over UDP ?
