differentiate between y(:,:,i+1) and y(:,:,i) in simulink

If using matlab i can differentiate between these two:
y(:,:,i+1) and y(:,:,i)
what about simulink? i need to use both of these at the same time in simulink. kind of confuse.Thanks.
