how to use Genetic Algorithm in MATLAB to fit models predictions to measured data

Hi All, Please can anyone explain how one can use genetic algorithm in MATLAB to optimize simulated S-parameters of a transmission line very close to measured values at various frequencies and then extract the input parameters that gives the best S-parameters results to measurements.
