What is the solution ?

When I start the matlab write this message and not running any programs !

Hi,

As per my understanding of the error message, this error may be related to a recent Windows defender update that prevents MATLAB from connecting to the Java installation. Performing a clean install of MATLAB has been known to fix this issue.
