How to display checksum file into editext gui matlab?

hi everyone, I wanna ask you how to display checksum (whatever kind of checksum) from file into edittext Gui matlab?

the progress are : 1. load file (for example txt file) using button open in gui 2. show location text file in edittext1 gui 3. show checksum text file in edittext2 gui

the step 1 & 2 was running properly, but not in step 3.

Calculate the checksum. typecast() the result as an vector of uint8(). hex2dec() that vector. Go back and restore the Question you edited out of existence about using checksums as someone else might have a use for the Question and Answer. Use the hex2dec() result as the String parameter of the uicontrol.
