Can i obtain data without stopping the simulation? I need to calculate average espectrum simulink

Hi,

I need to obtain some spectrums to obtain de average of them usin Simulink. The output signal that i calculate the spectrum is send to workspace using "To workspace" block. When i pause my model i can't obtain the data in the variable at workspace. Can i obtain the data of this variable without stopping the model? I mean, i simulate 10 seconds my model and make fft of this, then i simulate 10 consecutive seconds of my model and make fft, ...... I need to do the average fft of 100 seconds of my simulation.
