help on lms adaptive filtering

Hi I am doing a project call cancellation of background alarm noise in speech using matlab And my key task is to use adaptive lms filter to cancel the noise I used the default example in matlab but this is with simple white noise, Can any one help me with alarm type complex noise I need a help on coding
