Is trainingImageLabeler available in 2013 version?

I don't seem to be able to locate the function anywhere. If there's not, is there something similar? I have a bunch of images for training to be the positive samples but don't have trainingImageLabeler to do it. Thanks!

trainingImageLabeler was added to the Computer Vision System Toolbox in R2014a. However, you can use this GUI for labeling images with R2013b.
