converting rectangular patch antenna into an implantable patch antenna

how can we convert normal rectangular patch antenna to an implantable patch antenna at given band of frequency? what are the factors we have to consider? suppose we take one length and width of patch antenna? how can we estimate that it will give resonance frequency we required when it is implanted on particular part of the body from that length and width?
