How can I make connection between 2 models, using Simulink.Signal?

Hi,
I have to construct a model which at one moment should access signals(internal) inside another model. I didn't find up to now a way how to do it, so I think I have to use Simulink.Signal. Could you please give me a hint about how to do it?
