How to implement GA coding in matlab? how GA and normal matlab coding differs?

OK, I guess you probably mean genetic algorithm. Here is a link I found searched for "genetic algorithm" on the Mathworks web site. I have no idea if it is up-to-date information or not, since it is about an older release.

I have no idea what your second question means. GA is simply an algorithm that can be implemented in MATLAB. There is no coding difference, per se.
