how to run BCJR.C in matlab

Hi,

I have trouble running my program as i need BCJR code in my program but it is in .c format. And when i try to run my program the error was: Undefined function 'BCJR' for input arguments of type 'struct'.

But there is already BCJR.c file in program path.

Can anybody tell me how to fix this or can anyone give me the BCJR code in matlab. It is really urgent.
