Is it possible to add more Input's to a Joint in SimMechanics?

Hallo,
I'm simulating using Simmechanics 2nd generation. I want to rotate an object say for 2 sec and then Stop and rotate again after sometime. I did Stop the rotation using a hardstop loop but don't know how to start again. I tried to add an extra revolute joint to the body with a Delay block in input. But we cannot really add two joints between the same body rit?
Could someone please tell me how could we do this?
