to find center line of similiar multiple objects in an image

sir, can anyone help me to find center line of all multi objects having similiar objects in matlab.or can ony one help me to make a curved image patch into straightene

You can use regionprops() to get the orientation and centroid or weighted centroid. Then just use the point slope form of the line equation to get the equation of a line along the "centerline".
