Is there any timer function in simulink PLC lib?

I am using simulink plc coder to generate .scl files for Siemens step 7. I want to create a function block that can maintain an output for several seconds, like a timer in normal PLC. Is there any blocks support this function? Since I found the “clock” blocks are not available in PLClib. The integrator is also not available in the plclib, since it is continuous block. I used the discrete time integrator to create a system, but cannot be recognize by step 7.
