How read all files .jp2,.nc... for some bands( like TCI,B02,03​,04,8A,B11​,B12) and for rectangle area(latit​ude1,longi​tude1; latitude2,longitude2)

Please explain if can download the bands file for rectangle LatLng area from Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-1A,..

directly from matlab(.m program)...have you one link or some sources for that?

Need to have SNAP for that? Cannot use some free web services for that?

In the past I tried that from python and know that I download all band files....

Can do that simple and in matlab(maybe with functions acceptated and in octave)?
