Error in installing add-ons

so when i am trying to install apps from Get Add-Ons, its showing an error.

Dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type.

Error in matlab.internal.addons.AddOnsWindow/bringToFront (line 71)
            obj.webwindow.bringToFront();

Error in matlab.internal.addons.Explorer/bringToFront (line 65)
            obj.addOnsWindowInstance.bringToFront();

Error in matlab.internal.addons.launchers.showExplorer (line 134)
            matlab.internal.addons.Explorer.getInstance.bringToFront;
 

Can anyone help me how to ifx it?

Hello. I have the exact same issue trying to install the Guide to App Designer tool. I followed the preferences regen and it didn't alleaviate the issue. Is there anything else I can try?
