How to track a face and its features in realtime

I'm trying to detect a face using a webcam, and all of the sources that I found suggest to record it first and then play it again by using

 _vision.VideoFileReader('facevideo.AVI');_

I have done this to use webcam but i can process it advance.

My goal is to bounding box the face area and then found eyes location.
