How to enable Raspberry PI 4 additional UARTs?

Hi,
How to enable the additional UARTs on the Raspberry Pi 4 using Matlab command? We do know that the UARTs of 0 and 1 are enabled by default, but how to enable UART 2 to 5 along with its GPIO configurations?
