how to find the notepad status ?

how to find the whether the notepad particular file is open or closed if any command is there to find that if so please inform me thank you

That's exactly what my attached demo does.
By the way, it works to find any running process. Just bring up the Process List by typing control-shift-Esc and find the name of the process in the Processes tab.
