bluetooth problem witn instrhwinf​o('Bluetoo​th'); command

writing >> instrhwinfo('Bluetooth'); return this error:
Error using instrhwinfo (line 195) Java exception occurred: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:
and many other error line
and writing >> instrhwinfo('Bluetooth','moayad'); return error:
Error using instrhwinfo (line 297) Specified ADAPTOR was not found or could not be loaded.
what is the problem?
