i would like to know the code or concept to find out the circles in the image along with the coordinates and the cropping concept.

You can try imfindcircles() in the Image Processing Toolbox. If that doesn't work well, then try to implement this paper: A NEW EFFICIENT ELLIPSE DETECTION METHOD
