Plotting a Truss System

I was wondering how I would be able to plot data to create a truss system design: this is my code thus far.

A=1;

E=1;

N=5;

M=7;

JointX= [ 0 12 24 6 18 ];

JointY= [ 8 8 8 0 0 ];

Members= [ 1,1,2; 2,2,3; 3,1,4; 4,4,2; 5,2,5; 6,5,3; 7,4,5 ];

plot(JointX,JointY,'o') hold on

The plot nodes at the joints of the trusses, but I do not know how to connect them with lines.

Any help on how to make the lines is appreciated.
