If I am having an input data of
61*61*30*15
61*61*31*15
61*61*31*15
61*61*30*15
How to concatenate this matrices to get a single matrix of 61*61*122*15 dimension.
I am not able to use cat here.

What do you mean you are not able to use cat? Do you mean you tried to use cat but encountered difficulty?
