Problem with NI CDAQ and advantech PCI running together in Simulink

Hi, I'm using NI CDAQ 9172 and advantech PCI 1710 together as requirement from the client. I create matlab function and call the function using matlab function block to simulink. The problem is the PCI 1710 output(digital) signal ON and OFF (reset) for every second of the simulation time even though the signal is set to high, this only happen if I insert function to generate current signal from the CDAQ card.
