xPc Target Boot Problem ?

i use matlab 2013a . i want to use xpc toolbox but i have a few problem. when i make boot file for my xpc target it does not working for usb. (it works for floopy ). when i try to boot from usb(14gb) . screen stuck at verifying dmi pool data ...... uptade success.

i have no harddisk on my target pc. i can just use dos .and i use rs232 comminication type.boud rate is 115200.target settings have click on usb support,target is a 386/486, graphics mode.(not on secondary ide and multicore cpu)

it is my term paper. please help :) i have to solve this problem . Thanks .
