i need detemine point in image by set pixel and measurement by EUCLIDE.how work this in matlab thanks

i need to measurment dist to length and width foot .....i need measure to lenth foot and width and length all plam and dist between all plam and down foot so i need like determine pixel 1 and 2 and measurement dist between 1 and 2(The Euclidean distance d between two vectors X and Y is)
