is fixed point designer is required while using createComp​onentAsMod​el(obj,'?C​omponentTy​pe\APP') ?

i was facing the error
Error using arxml.importer/createComponentAsModel
Unable to check out a license for the Fixed-Point Designer.
although i dont have any float data types in my model.. can any one haelp me in finding out when the fixed-point designer shall be used during the ar component creation from arxml ?
