Errors encountered while building ROS Package

Dear all,

I am trying to build a ROS package using localhost, but it fails. Building the same package on a Remote Device works well.

I get the following error:

"Closing external mode connection to ROS target ''127.0.0.1''."

Error(s) encountered while building "PackageName"

How can I solve this issue?

I started roscore within Matlab and get the following feedback:

Launching Ros-Master with following setup :

ROS_MASTER_URI = http://1XX.XXX.X.19:11311

ROS_IP = 1XX.XXX.X.19

ROS_HOME = C:\Users\exampleuser\AppData\Local\Temp\.ros
